It is with regret that we have to announce that Sandeep Mohan is no longer able to attend Abbey-Con 2026 due to an accidental double booking in his schedule.

While we're naturally disappointed, we completely understand that these things can happen, and we wish Sandeep all the best with his other commitment.

John is best known to millions of viewers for his iconic role as the notorious Nick Cotton in EastEnders — one of the most memorable villains in British soap history. His unforgettable portrayal of “Nasty Nick” made him a true television legend.

Her impressive career also spans several iconic films, including multiple James Bond adventures such as Die Another Day (Ice Palace scenes), A View to a Kill, The Living Daylights, and Octopussy.

Beyond that, she has featured in fan-favourite classics like Little Shop of Horrors, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Superman and so much more!

Chris is not only a hugely talented puppeteer, but also an incredible puppet builder, bringing creativity, skill, and craftsmanship to every project he works on.

His impressive credits include work on Sooty, Dodge’s Pup School, and the Netflix hit The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (come on Netflix… we need more! 😉). Chris has been a lead and assistant puppeteer on many amazing creations, helping bring unforgettable characters to life.

We're incredibly honoured that Abbey-Con remains the only event Brenda has attended, and we're thrilled to be welcoming her back for her third consecutive year.

Best known as the voice and performer behind Soo, the sensible panda from The Sooty Show, Brenda has brought joy to generations of fans. Alongside her iconic voice work, she's enjoyed a distinguished career in theatre and has made numerous television appearances throughout the years.

This is your chance to meet a true legend of British entertainment, hear Soo come to life through Brenda, and chat with her about her remarkable career.

Katy is known for her work as a performer in the Star Wars universe, including her role as Rio Durant in Solo: A Star Wars Story. She also worked as a creature and droid performer in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, where she portrayed HURID-327.

Alongside her work in film and television, Katy is also an incredible circus performer! 🎪⭐
